This was custom built for me by Brad Goodman (http://www.goodmanguitars.com ) back in 2000 - 2001. I went with him to pick out the woods used. We were told the back & sides were cut from a 50 year old piece of Brazilian Rosewood. Regardless of it's age, it's some of the most beautiful BRW I had ever seen. All of the specifics are mentioned in the appraisal letter from Mandolin Brothers shown below. It was appraised for $8000 back in March of 2001. My guess is this guitar would cost around 12K to have built today. Please note there is no strap pin on the bottom of the guitar as seen in the picture and the top has aged some from when the first few pics were taken.
