For Sale I have an Alvarez Regent 12 string Acoustic Guitar. The Model Number is 5221A. It was made some time in the late 80s or early 90s. It has a Mahogany Neck, Back, Top and Sides with a Rosewood neck. This guitar is in pretty good physical condition. The only issue is that the neck is bowed near the soundhole, over the last three frets or so (see photo). It doesn't affect the sound or playability at all. The action is low with no buzzing. It stays in tune pretty well. Shipping to the Continental US only via USPS Parcel Post.
