Hey everyone, it's my 12-string Alvarez Regent for sale. Model 5214-12I bought it new in 1993, I think. I'm including the case with a big enough area for the tall headstock and a totally awesome black leather strap. It sounds great, is really warm and bright and I recently had the saddle and nut replaced to get it back in form. Looks new because I just didn't play it very much after the first year I owned it and just kept it in its case. New strings, too. I would keep it but I just don't play it. I hope that you can love it. It doesn't have a pickup, but I know it would sound great with one. There's a hole in the bottom where the original strap button slid out. A tech I talked to at a guitar show seemed to think that the hole in the bottom may have to be filled a little to install a pickup port but I think you could just put a nut on the inside and screw the button or pickup into that. I even included a strap button so... button or pickup port, your choice. Any questions, please ask. I'm insuring it against transit damage but can't accept returns. Thanks so much.
